Hi there, I’m Bibi

Just like you, I love food! I just really enjoy eating all the good stuff in this world.

But in the past, I had reached a point where I felt like I had no control over what I would eat. Having a very busy life and being stressed all the time meant that I just didn’t take the time nor had the energy to deal with it. However, my body decided otherwise and let me know in no uncertain terms that I needed to do better.

So I embarked on a journey to find out how to eat better while still very much enjoying what I eat and just enjoying life in general. It took me years to find that out and I am still perfecting it everyday. And so I decided to share my knowledge and become a coach. But not just any food coach… a feel good food coach!
